IHI型高壓葉片馬達(dá)為有級(jí)變量馬達(dá)，由馬達(dá)本體和控制器組件組成，一臺(tái)馬達(dá)就是一臺(tái)具備各種控制功能的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，馬達(dá)本體主要由前后殼體組件（配油部分）、前后法蘭組件、芯部組件（運(yùn)動(dòng)元件）、馬達(dá)軸組件等組成，控制器為一由安全閥、自動(dòng)速度切換閥、緩沖閥、單向閥、反向平衡閥、操縱閥等組成的插裝集成系統(tǒng)，控制器部分結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、流體運(yùn)動(dòng)阻尼小、維修方便、集成化高。

IHI high pressure vane motor is graded variable motor comprised of motor body and control component. One motor means one executing unit with various control functions. Motor body is comprised of front and back casing (oil distribution part), front and back flange, core part (motion component), and motor shaft. Control is a plug-in mounting integrated system comprised of relief valve, automatic speed switching valve, cushion valve, non-return valve, reversed balance valve, and maneuvering valve. Control part is featured with compact structure, low damping in fluid motion, easy repair and high integration.
